Help to Buy question

    Hi all. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue in the past.

    We got HTB approval for a new build around 6 weeks ago. We decided not to go with that particular house and are going with a different new build that is with another developer. We need to sign contracts and pay the remainder of the 10% deposit in the next couple of weeks, and it's only just after dawning on me that it was a different developer on the HTB application that we are going with now. I've added a message on revenue.ie but just wondering if anyone has been a similar situation. My hope is it should be a pretty quick update to change the developer on the application.
