13 yo boy very stressed - flu like symptoms

My son gets so stressed that he has flu like symptoms, diarrhoea and vomits. It is difficult for him to push through to go to school. We noticed this last year but it has got worse, to the point that he missed a few days of school since he started secondary. Is anyone else going though this? Any support or suggestions much…
