Letshost.ie reliable?

    I don't have a lot of experience dealing with Irish hosting companies. Normally if I have a problem with a US based hosting company the problem gets sorted within an hour or at least they start a discussion.


    I have not been able to access my account on letshost.ie since Saturday evening and the only reply I get if we have received your query.

    Still can access my account. I don't understand,are these places understaffed?

    If you haven't done so already, try reaching out to letshost.ie support again. Clearly explain the issue you're facing and inquire about the estimated resolution time.

    Hi

    I run a web development agency, and have had first hand experience (unfortunately) in dealing with LetsHost, for client domains managed by them.

    LetsHost support is attrocious. Support tickets are never responded to in a timely fashion, irrespective of urgency/priority. When I set up my agency in 2010, I opened accounts with numerous providers in Ireland, and in terms of fast, efficient support response time, Blacknight were and still are the only company I can rely on.

    I only use these companies for domain registrations/renewal as their hosting services tend to be quite slow, as they offer shared hosting services. I know some of these hosting companies offer cloud hosting as well, but I host my client websites on SiteGround.
