Sky Installed - How Long to Receive Viewing Card?

    I got Sky installed 5 days ago.

    The installer said that Sky would post the viewing card to me.

    Is that normal? and if so how long do you typically need to wait to receive your viewing card?

    The viewing card usually arrives before installation and you give it to the installer to put in the box as part of their process. I would be contacting Sky ASAP to complain that you've had equipment installed for 5 days and no card and they should offer you a credit for the days you've paid for but been unable to watch.
