Does this sound about right. From what I see most people go through there lives working in some job they hate dreaming of the day when they can retire. For most people this is 60 65 67 whatever excluding people that retire very early. So they go through the best years of their lives looking forward to when they will be old and probably look crap ageing happens to everyone so they can have some free time to themselves. This is also assuming you even make it that far which is not guaranteed seems pretty depressing and a waste of a life. Not blaming anyone necessarily but do find it strange in a way.
