Anyone have experience of a, chronic strain? After physio querying medical reason to negative scans back to new physio, I'm not really getting anywhere. I've googled the possibility of injections. It's not painful but more annoying, like I've a constant pulled muscle in my side that i can't get relief from. Stretching…

The closest stretch is the thread the needle one but after months of that, still no improvement. I'm wondering if it's just something to put up with at this stage.....
