Social house question

Hello, I want to apply for social house. But in documents form there is question about owning properties outside Ireland (I am foreigner) . I live here almost 20 years, and 10 years ago got as gift from parents small 2 acres agricultural land abroad (without possibility to build a house) will that land affect my possibility to go on social housing list?
