Problem with Amazon return

    Hi everyone,

    My problem begun on 14th Feb, I sent the phone back to Amazon, with prepaid label to Port laoise. Later I discovered that person in post office didn't use tracking number provided by Amazon, she created new one instead.

    As per new tracking number, item was delivered next day, but Amazon telling me that they cannot refund me since carrier didn't scan their tracking number.

    Is there anyone out there had similar problem?
