Has anyone used Speed Queen self service laundrette in Dublin or beyond? Are the machines any good? Looking for somewhere to wash football team gear in North Dublin & someone mentioned these guys...

There is a Speed Queen at Clarehall shopping centre. The machines are grand, I like that there is space to fold all the clothes afterwards. Revolution Laundry is another option, they are at loads of petrol stations around North Dublin.

Regarding the washing machine kiosks you see at petrol stations and shops, you'll want to bring something to clean out the machine before using it

Had to use them a while back when our machine broke and the self use machines were absolutely filthy inside. Clothes came out dirtier than going in the first time 😬

I've seen people using those machines for dog blankets and the like, so they get a lot of hard work. The machines in a launderette might be better looked after if there's staff onsite
