Which ferry Ireland to Scotland

I would like to look at ferries to Scotland and I'm hoping to get advice

best route? company? deals? I heard Tesco do ferry credit

Yes you can change your tesco points for ferry points. I've never done it but a friend does most years

The Stena is the ferry for ni to Scotland, have tried both and prefer that one, pricier but more comfortable.

What advice are you looking for? It's not exactly Homer's Odyssey. It's two hours on a boat to the west coast of Scotland. You'll need a car as you get dropped in the middle of nowhere.

Stena is from Belfast. P&O is from Larne.

Stena is much more comfortable. More expensive too though.

I recommend booking the lounge on Stena. It’s not particularly expensive, you get comfortable seating, free coffee and snacks, and you’re sure of finding a seat. If you just rock up to the free seating area you can struggle to find somewhere to sit and the whole place is noisy and smells of chips.

Thanks for this. I'll be bringing my own chair as I use a powered wheelchair but I'll book it for the rest of the gang.

Any recommended days or times to avoid?

Avoid when Rangers or Celtic home matches are on but particularly if they are playing each other.
