Remove old forum from my followed forums

I have a Cooking & Recipes forum in my followed forums which is just a dead link. Any way it can be removed? Thanks

The forum number is 610, so try the link below. If that doesn't work go to the subscribe / unsubscribe button of any forum, hold down (or right click on laptop) and copy link address, paste that in your web browser and substitute in =610&value=0 after categoryid

No luck. There doesn't seem to be a link I can copy on the follow/unfollow button on the forums and the above link gives the below.

@Boards.ie: Mike any ideas on this one? There was a workaround on vbulletin that would do this with an altered URL, but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent in Vanilla.

I have tried a number of things in the backend here. No luck I'm afraid. I have referred this to Vanilla. I will update when I hear back from them.

Thanks Mike. Not a major issue really. More of an annoyance. Thought there might have been a simple solution to remove it.

Just to add, I have a similar issue with the Astrophotography form still being listed in my followed forums, even though the forum no longer exists.

Hey there I will try to use the API to implement the same fix here. It is a different route but it should have the same effect. I will run the change later today and get back to you here to make sure the fix has stuck.

Thanks for getting back to me. I did receive a successful response code but maybe it is delayed because the server itself is overloaded. We are on the European server now but there may still be a delay. We can check in on this later on.

Mine is still there. It's not a big deal, I only mentioned it because I came across the thread about the issue.
