I’ve a set of Roval CLX 64 Tubular wheels. Would anyone know if it’s possible to convert tubular rims to run on tubeless or tubes?

No. There is no lip on the rim for a clincher/tubeless tyre to cling to.

Tubs are tubeless by definition I guess, can you shtick some tubeless sealant into the rovals as a hybrid option?

Would you consider selling those wheels?

Tubs contain a tube that is sewn into the tyre ...the exception being Tufo .

    Just a FYI thats all!
