How to get Trusted Cert to Package with a Complex Macro enabled Excel spreadsheet designed by me

Not talking about a self signed certificate. I want to stop the warning when the file is loaded into Excel on the user's computer. I experimented with them in Microsoft Excel 2016 but they cause more hassle than they're worth. Has anyone else used used Trusted Certs?
