Not yet for letters.Maybe somewhere does deals for multiple small parcels.Market diminshing here for letters

yeah, Citypost. Stumbled at the off when they got a state contract (water charges or local property tax I think) and couldn't do a lot of the addresses.
Basically, that type of post doesn't make money and if An Post could get away with charging twice or more what they do, they would. So you aren't going to get a cheaper competitor.
