Using a UK SIM card in Ireland for GPS Tracker

    I stay in Ireland and am wondering if I can use my UK SIM card there instead of getting an Irish one.

    Can anyone confirm whether UK SIM cards work in Ireland or if I'd need to purchase an Irish SIM? I'm mainly interested for the purpose of location/GPS tracking. Any advice would be appreciated!

    UK SIM cards should work in Ireland but depending on the plan you have, you may not have much data roaming available.

    Also your provider may warn you about using the SIM for an extending period in another country and may even cancel it.
