Temporary Office Space

Hi All,

I'm looking for some secure office space for 3 months around Bray to store and work on some kit. Not looking for something expensive, circa €450 per month.

Any suggestions?

Seems to only be housing being built, next to no commercial premises being built lately, neither offices nor units from what I've seen.

€850 per month plus vat for a desk in a private room. A bit pricey to be honest.

It was so much cheaper in the UK. I was thinking of buying an office before covid. Might be a better option.

We're actually looking back in Dublin now, I foolishly thought Bray might be better value.
