Sewage Flow

Hi, Have a 3 way junction for toilets and shower leading to another junction from kitchen before meeting septic tank. The flow between the 2 inspection boxes seems poor and gets backed up easily enough with toilet paper. Is there any solution to this bedside digging up the slabs and relaying the pipe at a greater angle?

Check for sharp edges where the papers can catch. Make sure all the chambers are installed in the correct direction.
You really need someone experienced to look at this before digging anything up.

Yea it would be handy for someone to have a look.
I'll get some pictures of the chambers.
I've to borrow a drain rod and see if anything is giving resistance for a start
