    Hi All,

    Question for you planning guru's

    I am looking to build a 40x20 ft workshop and will obviously need planning for it. It will be an extension to an existing 25sqm shed built a long time ago.

    I plan on building it myself but does anyone know if it needs any certificate of compliance or any other sign offs to say it complies with all the regs, or can I just get a opinion of compliance if I was to ever sell up.
