Hi, I'm in Dublin on Thursday for an appointment at 2.30pm. I will be in the city centre at around 12.30pm so I was just wondering has anyone any suggestions for anywhere to go for a nice lunch, not looking for anything fancy just something simple like a cajun wrap. I've been to a few appointments in Dublin and I'm getting a bit fed up of the Supermacs meal at lunchtime.

What side of town will you be in/near?

If you like seafood chowder, Harry's on the Green has lovely stuff. Also has a nice menu of a toastie, soup and chips for around 12 euro.

Aside from that, lots of places just off Grafton street such as Bunsen

I'd recommend the ramen bar on William Street - it's great for single dining their whole front area is for that, they get food out quickly too.

Sheehan's pub do big hearty sandwiches, the Beanhive on Dawson St would have wraps and ciabattas. Fallon & Byrne worth a look as well!

Little Lemon in the Royal Hibernian Way is great for a solo lunch. Highly recommend the Greek chicken skewers, you get three of them for about a tenner.

Food court on top level of Stephens Green centre is also a good option

I am not a fan at all, the definition of a tourist trap, prices are astronomical.

I would recommend Dolce Sicily if you like Italian food, Maneki if you like Japanese. Just off Grafton street.
