Bathroom tap seal

Hey all,
Come looking for some advise please and I appreciate this is a complete novice question. I have attached an image of the inners of our bathroom tap.
Can you advise what is the name of this style of valve? I ask, as my local diy shop didn't have the replacement seals / rubber washer and didn't know the name of the style of tap either.
I want to get a couple of the rubber seals as the tap has been dripping lately and hope new rubber seal will fix issue.
