Rhodes - recommend a nice 5* or 4* family resort

We are thinking about Rhodes (flying ex Cork) for our summer holiday this year. We have had previous good experiences in Corfu, Cyprus and Santorini - but never been to Rhodes. Can anyone recommend a nice 5* or 4* family resort or area to base ourselves? Needs to be suitable for a 10 and 8 year old. A private pool option…

We are thinking about Rhodes (flying ex Cork) for our summer holiday this year.
We have had previous good experiences in Corfu, Cyprus and Santorini - but never been to Rhodes.

Can anyone recommend a nice 5* or 4* family resort or area to base ourselves?
Needs to be suitable for a 10 and 8 year old.
A private pool option would be a nice bonus.
Preferably not too long of a transfer from RHO airport to the hotel. Up to 40 minutes is probably okay.
