Teenagers access on WIFI - limitations?

Can anyone offer a solution. I have 2 teenage boys and therefore 2 PS5 consoles.

I am trying to limit their access to the Internet (Wifi) and have restricted this via the router. I changed the WiFi to knock off wifi at a certain time but it knocked the RING doorbell off also which I don't want.

I then tried to restrict them with the ip address and/or mac address of their consoles via the router but that didn't do anything.

Is there a way for me to do this where it will just restrict THEIR consoles and not the doorbell etc?

Do I need or can anyone suggest a solution even if I have to buy a device.

We have Vodafone gigabit internet in the house.

Most routers allow you to set up different profiles (Such as guest wifi) put your kids on one and everything else on another

Google Nest WiFi Pro works here. Can pause selected devices on the network. Handy because it doesn't require a subscription.

Google nest WiFi here too, works well.

What's also handy is if you change your broadband supplier often you'll be using the same network and not have to reconnect devices.

Although, kids being so industrious they might and probably will find a way around it.
