Shower enclosure

Looking to install a new shower.

Want it as minimal as possible, ideally just a side wall.

Thinking 800 x 1200 tray with a single 1200 x 2000 wall - have corner available so you'd just walk in from the open end.

Shower head will be overhead so will fall straight down.

But I've no idea will much water come out the open end with those dimensions?

Any experience with similar set up please?

    Thanks!

We installed a 1200x800 tray in our own bathroom, with a 700mm fixed screen along one side of the 1200 tray (3 walls other sides). this leaves a 500mm wide entry point to the side. We do get a bit of water coming out of the shower, not a whole lot but enough that the shower mat is a bit wet. We don't mind it to be honest.. a possible solution was to install 300mm 'flipper' panel (and we still could) but its not that much of an issue. (We also have rainfall type shower)

With your set up you will get even less water coming out than we do as you will enter from the end, so I would say its really not a big issue. Will you have a glass fixed panel if so you will also have the option of a flipper panel at a later date if you're not happy.

Yes, was thinking of giving it a try and worst case adding flipper later. That's very helpful, thanks!
