What's the story on this tractor

Went to change oil on massey 290 and opened sump bolt and got nearly 2 litres of water before oil come out,

Cooling water getting in at head gasket, would be my guess.

If the water was seperated from the oil she must have been left up a while?

Could be lucky and it's rain water if it was outside a long time with no cover on exhaust. Is the radiator full? Fill it and leave the sump plug off. Water comes out it's a hole in block, head or liners. If no water comes out, fill with new oil and start up watching the water in the radiator for bubbles, a sign of bad head gasket. Check new oil for water signs again.

was there antifreeze in the coolant? If not, of it froze it could have cracked the engine block?

Hi it blew a frost plug out but no crack in block from what I see
