    Hi there

    I am a landlord who just crossed the threshold that I have to do a Form 11 as oppose to filing on revenue online. Do Revenue really go after small landlords on preliminary tax? What happens if you just dont pay it?

    Separate situation below

    If you have large rental losses and only pay USC and PRSI on rental income, could this be an argument for not paying prelim?
