Driving For Dublin Bus

I'm from Dundalk, looking to possibly drive for Dublin Bus. I'm just wondering if there's any other drivers who could advise me on what it's like to work there and is it possible considering the commute I have to do? Does anyone else commute an hour to make it into work there?
