Issue forwarding ports (virgin media)

    Ive been trying to forward ports on my Hub 2.0 to no avail, i was already onto virgin to change me to ipv4 which is done now,

    reinstalled windows ~2 weeks ago, clean install, only installed the drivers, firefox, steam, discord, malwarebytes and paesler PRTG

    connected via ethernet cable

    tried forwarding ports in both Hub 2.0 and windows firewall and assigning a static ip to my pc

    also uninstalled malwarebytes just to be sure

    testing the ports at every stage with PRTG and a port checking website for a second opinion

    virgin claims everything should be working fine on their end but i really dont see what could be conflicting here
