GoMo and Eir moble networks not working inside buildings in the IDA waterford.

Over the last few weeks my GOMO mobile network has had no signal at all inside my work building. It used go down on wet or windy days but it is now gone today. The people that are working with me have the same issue. I had a look on the internet and can't find any information about an outage but its not really an outage as it works outside the building. Have they reduce the signal power maybe.

Three is working correctly also in here, i have learned thats it only gomo and EIR

Problem with the mast in the industrial estate. Try complain on the Chat with customer support.

I see some work going on around that mast today, so hopefully we will be sorted soon.

I had emailed them yesterday and I have attached their response. Surprise surprise, there's nothing wrong with the mast. I work in IDA estate as well and it was patchy sometimes but it's gone beyond a joke mow

Working fine today, work colleague saw them working on the mast yesterday.
