    Hi,

ive drilled through a data cable whilst putting up shelves.

I would like to replace the cable. I'm wondering is it possible to tape on a new cable to the existing one and pull it through? or would these cables be tacked to studs etc.

how else would one go about replacing this cable without tearing the walls down?
