Level 8 add-on courses for civil engineering

I've a level 7 ordinary degree in civil engineering. For work reasons, I need to get some form of a level 8 degree in 'engineering'. Can be any form. Any idea what add on courses there would be. Any idea what add on courses there would be. Part time, online etc. I'm in my 40's and 20 years out of college so the maths side of things is daunting. I found a part time one in Dundalk, but it's a fair haul every week from other side of country. Was just wondering if you knew other ones. Even if a different kind of engineering which I'd be open to.
