As I understand, this agreement allows for Irish/British citizens to have similar rights if they wish to live in each state. With Brexit full in force l, do you think this will stay in-tact or do you expect things to change soon

Those rights predate the GFA, by decades, and are exceptionally unlikely to be removed as they would be exceptionally difficult to pick apart. Some of them are constitutional over here (British citizens allowed vote for and run in Dáil elections).

The GFA provides rights to those born or living in NI. Namely the right to be an Irish citizen, or a British citizen, or both. that right only applies to Irish citizens born in Ireland prior to 1948.
The common travel area is the right to freely travel and live in either the UK or Ireland and enjoy symmetrical rights. UK citizens can vote in all elections in Ireland except the presidential election since the British monarch is unelected. [Not sure about EU elections since the UK is no longer in the EU.]

Or for President or in European elections since Brexit - it is just Local and Dáil as stated in the post you quoted.

UK citizens can't vote in EU elections anymore.
Irish citizens can't vote for UK head of state.

Most people of voting age born in Northern Ireland are de facto Irish and therefore EU citizens if they want.

The De Souza case was just the British Home Office refusing to implement the ramifications on the GF Agreement - deliberately.
They fought it all the way through the courts, until giving in to her case without changing the law.
