I plan to meet someone at a location convenient to everyone but I am not familiar with the Liffey Valley area. I see a KFC on the map on the outskirts. Is this paid parking or outside in a private car park?

There are two KFCs nearby. The one circled has car park for customers. The one not circled is inside Liffey Valley shopping center which you have to pay for the car park.
