    Hi

Just finishing a deep fit renovation and looking like an A2 Rating.

Ventilation is via decentralised HR units.

In checking compliance with Part F 1.2.3.2b calculation is the air supply from just each HR unit totalled and compared with required air supply on basis of 0.3L/M2.

For example if house size is 200m I need 60L/S for entire house.

If HRUs can supply a combined 50L/s but there is an 5 wet room extract vans supplying a max 100L/s is that counted?

    Thank you

Extract fans don’t supply air. They count towards extract volume.

You need 60L/s supply total AND 60L/s extract total. supply and extract volumes should be balanced with each other and each be proportional to the volumes of the rooms.
