ESB HDF data not matching data captured from energy meter

I have a Shelly EM with a CT clamp around the live tail in the CU. In comparing the HDF file downloaded from esbnetworks.ie and the data from the Shelly energy meter, I notice the Shelly is under-reporting by approx 0.8 KWh daily (house consumes approx 14 kWh daily).

Anyone notice similar in comparing their HDF data with their energy meter (if have added one)? Or anyone know of possible causes (other that possible poor tolerances or energy meter out of calibration)?

    Thx

Is there a voltage setting on it? Energy meters with clamps assume the voltage so are not really measuring watts, just amps.
