Insurance for ltd company

    Might be setting up a ltd company as a builder building small extensions, garages and other construction work on the ground.

    Is insurance mandatory for a ltd company with maybe some part time employees. If I do need insurance, I'm thinking of going directly to the insurance company instead of a broker. How many companies are there here in Ireland that do this type of insurance.
