When you complete these are you automatically entitled to various subsidies or do you need to apply later yourself for these

No u still have to apply for relevant schemes. Having being a completed census is just a minimum pre condition

Tried to log in to Agfood this evening to do Sheep Census and it’s offline🙄

’System down for essential maintenance’…….they really pick their timing well to do this.

Just got my flock number this week and looking to buy a few sheep. I was just wondering do I enter the number of ewes I will have on the farm when I complete the online census or was I supposed to have sheep on the farm on the 31st December? Also, are these the figures the department use to calculate your stocking rate for the year? Thanks.
