Mild hybrid 5008 Peugeot. Noise when driving slow??

Brand new peuguot mild hybrid. Weird whistle/low pitch squeak when driving slow (under 20kmph) . Didn't notice it when got car first at start of Jan. Only noticed it when passenger window was open. Coming from bonnet in front of passenger side. Is this normal noise of mild hybrid?

With a brand new car why not address all concerns to the main dealer , they should look after their cars while under warranty.

Is it a generated noise for pedestrian safety? I know most hybrids, PHEVs and BEVs emit a noise at low speed to warn pedestrians.

Perhaps have someone stand on the pavement as you drive by and they might be able to discren. Otherwise, take it back to the dealership if it is only a month old.
