Hi, we have just approved planning in the letterkenny are and we are trying to weigh up a Self build vs Contractor. We have been quoted 380k for 191sq/m two story house for builder finish from a local contractor. This seems very expensive for builders finish. Just wondering is this the typical costs for the area?
