Deco M5 and Virgin - issue?

    Hi

    I have a Deco M5 system and had Sky FTTH 500MB.

    The mesh system worked great.

    Last week I changed to Virgin 1GB, and since then the mesh system has been terrible. Constantly dropping out and giving terrible speeds.

    I've updated the three 'pods' and restarted etc.

    Is there anything else I am missing or why would it have gone so bad?

    The parent pod is connected via ethernet to the Virgin router/modem/box (I never know what it's called), exactly how it was to the Sky one.
