Night meter

    Hi all.

    Was checking that our night meter clicked on at the right time (11pm). When it switched over the metal ring went from hardly moving to spinning around like crazy. Not just mine but all apartments. Can anyone shed light on this?

    Storage heating? It would switch on when the night rate kicks in.
