Tax Relief on Medical Insurance (Employer Paid)

Hi, Can any one advise on the following ? I have Medical Insurance with my employer , however they pay 100% cover for me and a portion of family , I pay the balance through Payroll deductions. So lets say total paid is €3000 and the Employer pays €2000 ... can I claim Tax Relief on the €1000 that I pay ?

In the Form11 it asks for the gross value of the medical insurance policy, and then any contribution made by you towards the policy. So it should be similar in Form12/PAYE return, and then see what tax relief Revenue gives you.
