Limerick location names

I have located a burial on Historicgraves which is supposed to be located in the village of Ballingarry but it names a number of other towns/villages which I have not been able to find win Limerick. The memorial wording is:

Erected by

William and Maurice

Sheahan of Newtown in 

memy of their father Maurice

Sheahan of Mitchilstowndown

who depd this life 18th March

1816 agd 65 yrs

Can anyone help with the proximity of Newton and Mitchilstowndown to Ballingarry please?
