Ferguson Ariva 175 Combo LNB Power settings

I need to turn on LNB power.

I cant find anywhere in the settings menu to turn on the LNB power.

There is no voltage at the IF connector.

The manual suggests that I should have seen an Initial Installation Screen when I first powered up the box, but I didnt see that screen.

I have tried a Factory Reset and a Firmware update, but still no joy.

Thanks Gerry, unfortunately I have tried that option on all settings and still no voltage at the IF connector.

I think I need to force the box into Initial Installation mode, which I can't do either. I have done a factory reset but that doesn't do it. I updated the firmware with a USB drive and still no joy.

I have tried 2 other box's on the same dish and they work.

LNB power would normally be on by default. Perhaps the box has a fault?

I think there might be a fault alright.
