Electrolux camper fridges are now branded as "Dometic" and the Dometic website gives the service locations:
https://www.dometic.com/en/support/repair--service/yes

Note that Pat Horan Motors in Tipperary is not included in the list though they have / had Dometic-trained service technicians.
