Booster Pump Airlocked

    Our water has been off this past day and the attic tank emptied before supply returned. The pressure limiting valve is flat 0 when the pump is running and the pump is not pumping anything. It is a Tucson SBP 100. Is there anything I can do with the 2 nuts on top to bleed or prime the pump?

    Where is the booster pump relative to the attic tank and the lowest tap connected to it?

    It is in a boiler house outside, on the floor.
