I recently viewed houses in this new development, and the builder has a list of extras to tile the bathrooms, bath screens, etc. I never saw this in any other developments. Is it normal, or they are just pulling a fast one with the extras?

Curious if anyone has any feedback on this development. My solicitor says that I can't go ahead with the purchase, due to land registry issues, but there are already people who purchased and living there? Did their solicitors mess up, or mine is too pragmatic?
