Introducing Echo Hub | 8" smart home control panel just spotted this on amazon - looks interesting, but expensive for what it is? If you have already have a show 5 8 10 or 15 they effectively have they same functionality?

I'd say you wouldnt want to be relying on the speakers on it for any decent sound quality for musics. I'd guess it has the same functionality but its targeting people who want something similar to their alarm panel on the wall or dedicated device to control smart devices.
