Durable Bone needed to entertain dog for months

Got a small gourmet Super Valu bone from the butcher thinking it would keep our dog engaged for a few hours while we were away and thought the bone would last for at least a few months but it had it devoured in a few hours.

Is there anything we can get?

We also got a bone from Maxi Zoo petstore which is actually indestructible and apparently has a chicken scent but strangely dog isn’t taking to it.

You should be able to leave a mark with your fingernail on any chews etc or they’re technically too hard.. I’d just be careful with anything indestructible if you have an aggressive chewer as my boy damaged the dentine on two of his teeth with a benebone. As I have retrievers I avoid anything like knucklebones or hard weight bearing bones as they could shatter the bone and/or break their teeth… beef scalp is the longest lasting here (in minutes not months lol) I get the long ones from Zooplus and cut them down into smaller chews.

Yep it should be fine - I gave it to my pup when he was teething.

My dog goes mad for her olive stick, which has lasted months with an aggresive chewer. I find bones can shatter and she almost choked on a part a while back.
