ITV3+1 and ITV4+1 have gone

As title suggests, ITV3+1 and ITV4+1 have disappeared from my TV and from Other Channels on my Sky box. also, when I try to add channels on sky box using the settings below (taken from the Sticky on this page), I’m getting “No signal found” after the Channel Scan: 10.906 V 22000 5/6 DVB-S 10.758 V 22000 5/6 DVB-S Any ideas…

As title suggests, ITV3+1 and ITV4+1 have disappeared from my TV and from Other Channels on my Sky box.
