    Hi I want to buy a relative a phone just so that they have access to WhatsApp.


    From looking online it seems that cheaper Androids aren't capable of using WhatsApp.


    I'm just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for something cheap but advanced enough for WhatsApp

    Vofaphony have the redmi A2 at €49.

    If the criteria is cheap, new and WhatsApp.

    I think phones like Alcatel and low tier Nokia's can't use WhatsApp
